SCENARIO
Patient associations have among their primary goals to guarantee a better life, especially in the case of chronic diseases. We supported one of these: a national association with offices in 15 regions.
ACTIVITY
The Agency carried out content and message processing activities, research and involvement of scientific and technical partners, planning and management of the online and offline campaign, collection and measurement of results and follow up.
OUTCOMES
At the end of the campaign, a Decalogue on the quality of care was drawn up, based also on patients’ experience. The tool was used both as a mean of information and awareness for the patients themselves, and as a basis for activating processes of “certification” of the quality of patients’ care in diagnostic centres.
