SCENARIO
For many years we have been supporting a most important Italian industrial group that has recently entered energy efficiency and electric mobility business.

ACTIVITY
The most recent activities concern strategies for development of B2B electric mobility infrastructures and the contemporary activation of strategic alliances.

Two business strategies have been developed: direct presentation and contact with companies and multinationals interested in granting space for the installation of electric columns; strategies of visibility and contact with stakeholders of no-profit segment.

OUTCOMES
This approach, thanks also to our agency networks, led to:

• develop agreements and partnerships between the company and large-scale retail chains
• identify companies of interest to invest in possible partnerships in terms of developing sustainability
